As Fashion week comes to a close and even though I could not attend this year, I can definitely say one thing, I think 80% of those I follow on Twitter were there it seems. So great to keep up with all of the shows, parties and backstage fun while I sit from home in Denver. Amazing how social media has given us all that opportunity, crazy. I also have been painting again, stepping aside from the illustrations for a few pieces, cannot wait to share.
So in the meantime while I wrap my head around such great inspiration from this last week I thought I would share one of my favorite photos that Scott Schuman shot from the Marc Jacobs Spring 2011 show. Such a great artistic view from the runway.

I loved this model's legs in contrast with the gold. What did you think of the crazy over-sized flowers at their necks...? I thought they were very cool and definitely different.
That was my favorite picture too! Glad you're having a good time painting. I just rediscovered your work - your paintings are so chic and gorgeous!
love this!
