framing time

Photo: usovich

This photo represents the last few days for me searching and searching for the perfect frames. I am preparing for my art show in New York and also for another shortly after in San Francisco (more on that soon). I just need to make sure my art is ready and waiting for me when I land. whoo :)

Also have been quite busy dealing with car issues from when the moving truck hit me. Totaled was the news I received today, It just takes up time, I am already the type that has filled up each minute of my day. Oh well what can you do, again I am just happy that my daughter and I are physically safe. What a pain.

Oh dear, on this situation the car is really needed, but I'm glad at least you're feeling well physically both.

Again the best luck for everything.

I'm so glad you and your daughter are fine, I know first hand about "totaled car issues."

Congratulations on your shows. Your work is beautiful and I'm sure you'll do fabulously!

Sorry about the accident.

As far as framing...I have a funny story. One time I had to get some pieces to a show and I had put off framing until the last minute. Maria and I were so hungry so we swung by a restaurant and I whipped out the art, frames, hardware, wires, etc. and framed everything while we ate. It was funny to see the looks on everybody's face.

I'm glad you're okay. Cars are a pain, sometimes literally, eh?

On the other hand, this image rocks! It's a self-portrait, right? I've been very into that lately, just for the artistic value and having fun with my image :)

Good luck finding frames. I keep going back to Michael's for the prices, but I saw some pretty ones at Crate and Barrel Outlet today.

Sorry about the car troubles.

Is the show a one night only affair or will the work remain on display and for how long? I'm bummed, I'd love to go have a look-see but I'm going to be out of town for a few days then.
