Wiping eyes with butter filled napkins

Just came back from watching Marley and Me, and all I have to say is what a wonderful refreshing feel good movie. (take some kleenex). Quite a few laughs as well, especially if you have ever owned a dog, you will empathize quite a bit.

I have been a ity bitty absent, trying to hang out with loved ones a bit more and especially my daughter who is on Christmas vacation from school. She started kindergarten this year and knowing that full time school is around the corner, I am squeezing all the fun we can have together. They grow so fast.

Here Braelynn is sleeping, so precious and my bestest friend for years, Jen (on the left). She can make me laugh like no other. (I am laughing now as it looks like she is about to start her hair on fire from the candle below) and with our typical pose head to head, mine would start up as well.. That's what friends are for. :)

Hope you are all enjoying those wonderful moments this season and I cannot wait until the new year and to push myself even more into new creative ventures, as well carve out that extra time with the ones I love, which is so important.

i've been wondering about Marley and Me. it's one of those flicks that looks good in the previews, so i was hoping it wouldn't be ruined on the big screen! i might check it out now

I have debated taking the girls to see that movie. I think I may have to now. Maybe sometime this weekend.

Your kindergarten is 1/2 day?

I read the book and I cried at the end, so I expect the movie will have the same effect on me.
