Double Banana Cake with Raspberries

I was going for the classic banana bread, but happened upon this recipe from the newest issue of Bon Appetit and I have to admit "I will not throw away another batch of ripe banana's that are sitting on my counter"! They had to be put to good use and this was perfect! I added the raspberries as a final touch, any topping of your choice will do if you want to add color to the cake.

So, my man refuses to eat bananas now because he wants them to turn brown so I'll bake him banana bread. I've created a monster. I'm definitely making this. Love raspberries!
