Summer is in full swing around my home. I have been keeping busy fitting in fun activities for my daughter and her friends with many trips around the city enjoying anything related to being outdoors. Keeping up with all of that though I have to make sure to try to adjust my schedule to my already busy filled days with work. So as the kids get to sleep in, the best solution for me is getting uninterrupted time before the sun comes up. I used to be such the night owl, but over time it has taken its toll on me. I just feel better with a full nights rest and not to mention my skin agrees!
