The current mental getaway is of Shanghai China. Have you ever been? It is definitely on my list of places to visit one day. I was catching up on an older Travel and Leisure magazine from last fall which inspired me to grab my sketchbook and immerse further into the city. I hope you enjoy.

Linda Rodin, an inspiration in age, beauty and style.. Period.

I draw from what inspires, when I can, and this weekend while getting lost on Pinterest (easy to do ) I fell down the rabbit hole of Linda Rodin's persona. I ended up with this illustration. (inspired by last photo ) She is truly stunning, all around.

Also with the colder fall days approaching, time to stock back up on these favorites from her line. Especially the lip balm, I have a natural deeper pink tone to my lips and this lip balm creates a perfect balance to lighten them up a bit. I also love to apply both of these throughout the day. Living in Colorado, I could use the best of moisture on a constant basis.
