"Did the wind-up bird forget to wind your spring?"

Completely going to wear this shirt out before summers end, it just goes with everything which I love and in those cases where I can get a bit obsessive with certain pieces, I should just get 2.
Anyhooo I am almost done working on a project this weekend and shortly will be returning to Miami for another mini getaway. I cannot believe it has been a year since I was there. Time really does fly... which means I need to find those moments to slow it down more often.

NU-MODE' Magazine Feature and Film love

Hi everyone, I hope your having a wonderful Tuesday :) I am back from my mini getaway and amazed at how much it is needed every time I step away. I honestly do not take many breaks at home because well I love what I do and I can have a hard time stopping unless needed, but I can accomplish more coming back in 1 day then in 3, so yes definitely something I will do more of I believe! ;)

She has such wonderful features and I really loved her stare in the photo so of course felt inspired. I also wanted to share this photo of my daughter below while we were out and about vintage shopping. She just turned 8 and is starting to raid my closet to wear all of my shoes, adore..

Under drama skies

The coolest skies this past few weeks here due to daily thunderstorms. I actually was going to take these photos before the rain, but was caught in the car until it passed to which I became obsessed with catching a lighting bolt, I missed some bigger better ones, but at least felt satisfied with 1.

This is my second time posting this, as blogger completely deleted my first post and of course when I was all talkative.. Oh well so quick it will be now, but I also did not have my tri-pod today to which explains my missing face in most of the photos with being short on time.
I am also working on a new illustration that I hope to have for you tomorrow and waiting on a much needed run, but the weather is sporadic with rain and lightning, so hoping it passes. (please) Is anyone else a evening workout person? I just have more motivation later in the day, but it also is a schedule that forces a chance I will not get it in. Love it, hate it ;)
